I’m building SignalJar because I’ve seen first-hand that small teams already get useful product feedback every day, but it is scattered across support chats, feedback, reviews and communities.

I’m looking for early users who will tell me honestly when the clusters are useful, when they are wrong and what integrations should come next.

Does SignalJar create tickets automatically?

Not yet. SignalJar starts with copy-ready summaries so you stay in control. Copy them into Linear, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Slack or an AI coding tool.

Which integrations are supported?

SignalJar starts with Intercom, Crisp, Slack and Discord. More support, community, review and workflow integrations will follow.

Will historical messages send alerts?

No. Initial backfill creates one findings report. Alerts are for meaningful new activity after your source is live.

Is this a feedback board?

No. Feedback boards ask users to submit feedback in a new place. SignalJar finds feedback users already gave in support and community conversations.

Is SignalJar for enterprise teams?

Not yet. SignalJar is focused on small technical teams and founder-led products.

Do I need to change my workflow?

No. Review the evidence, ignore or defer weak signals, then copy useful summaries into the tools you already use.
